Julie, you are THE BOMB! 💣💥 I've been working out with a number of other fitness gals on YT, but your workouts are simply the best. From beginning to end, everything about them is perfect. Please keep posting more workouts with weights as well as stretching/flexibility/mobility workouts. You're the only woman I know doing videos to increase range of motion. 💪🏼🔥 How about creating weekly workout playlists or calendars? I workout 6 days a week (20-45 minutes depending on the day) and do concentrated stretching on the 7th. If you put something like that together, I would love to follow along.
Oh my god, this was more challenging than I thought. In the end my heartrate was around 170 all the time 😅. I had to pause more often than I had expected. What a challenge and even though the weights were low I felt a great burn. I love your more functional approach and the warm up was amazing. I have never taken my ankles into consideration during warm up. This time it was easier for me to squat than ever before. Wow. I wished you uploaded more functional workouts with weights for hypertrophy. I love your concept and havent seen it anywhere else on youtube so far. Please provide more weightes workouts, above all for upper lower splits ...please 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹❤
My first weighted workout with you! I am addicted to your core workouts :) this was wonderful! I loved everything about it - warm up and cool down were so helpful and felt soooo good and even though I used low weight I was so challenged :) love your music to keep us calm while we are working so hard! -my 5 cents -this is a year old but came on my feed today ,its a good session for slightly elevated heart rate for beginners but its too light to fire up legs -have come to conclusion that online sessions are mostly good for upper body ,cardio ,mobility flexibility etc have tried others too and unless you heavy equipment at home like gym or you are a beginner its to awkward to use huge dumbbells on your neck etc you need really heavy weights for lower body activation but good for movement of 30 min
these aren’t designed for hypertrophy or maximum strength (title: strength & conditioning) ☺️ you would need heavier weights 🤟🏼 that being said „firing up the legs“ can also be done via strength-endurance modalities (like this session), given you use sufficient weights and work over the given time in an appropriate velocity 😊
Qiestion, and not sure if is stupid or not, wr need warm up and cool down with theae workouts? I meant they are mobility after all but not sure?? I appreciate if you can reply!

Hi, this is a regular workout, not a mobility workout. 😊 But to your question: there is always a warm up (movement prep) and a cool down included.
